  • How long does the recruitment process take?

    The recruitment process can vary by role, department, and how urgent it is to fill the vacancy. Generally, the process can take from 1 week to 1 month.

  • What are the parts of an interview?

    As part of the interview process, you will be contacted by a member of the HR Team and the Hiring Manager for an interview. The interview is preferably face-to-face for candidates staying in Cyprus. For candidates staying abroad, online interviews can be arranged.

  • Does your company include assessment as part of the recruitment process?

    Part of the recruitment process is the completion of an online personality assessment. The information is considered strictly confidential.
