Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a
Guest Rlations Officer for the
Almyra Hotel. Job Role Guest Relations Officer focuses on delivering personalized service, handling guest inquiries, managing requests efficiently, and maintaining the high standards expected of a 5-star hotel.
Duties & Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in and check-out experience.
- Offer assistance and information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints promptly, professionally, and with empathy, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate special requests such as room preferences, amenities for VIP guests, birthdays, or anniversaries.
- Communicate effectively with all departments regarding guest preferences, feedback, and special arrangements.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure guests are attended to promptly.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements- Previous experience as a Guest Relation Officer at a 5* Hotel
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
- Computer Literate
- Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
- Problem-solving ability, to resolve issues as they arise
- Excellent interpersonal skills in handling guest complaints
