Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking for a talented and experienced Hotel Manager to lead Amyth of Nicosia.


Position Summary:
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong personality, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in Food & Beverage (F&B) management.
  • This role demands a professional with a dynamic presence, capable of managing a high-end hotel that caters to a well-travelled clientele.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage the hotel staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and hotel profitability.
  • Manage the Food & Beverage department, ensuring excellence in dining services and operations.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality across all hotel areas.
  • Monitor and manage the hotel’s financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Engage with guests to gather feedback and continuously improve the guest experience.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to effectively promote the hotel.
  • Oversee staff training and development, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience and expertise in Food & Beverage management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Robust personality with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • High level of organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting
