Food & Beverage Operations Manager

This is a key leadership position, responsible for the overall management of all Food & Beverage operations, including
Bars, Restaurants, In-Room Dining and Events
, ensuring exceptional guest experiences that reflect Anassa’s philosophy of refined hospitality, quality, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all Food & Beverage operations, with full responsibility for Bars, Restaurants, In-Room Dining and Events
Ensure consistently outstanding guest service and service excellence across all outlets
Lead and manage Front of House F&B teams (excluding Kitchen and Culinary operations)
Forecast, plan and control beverage and supply ordering in collaboration with relevant departments
Monitor and optimize financial performance, including cost control, pricing strategies and revenue generation
Prepare and manage the annual F&B business plan for Bars and Restaurants
Plan staffing levels, work schedules and operational requirements for all outlets and ensure that are in line with budget.
Implement, monitor and maintain service standards and agreed training plans
Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, security, legal and company policies
Coordinate and oversee functions, events, promotions and special F&B initiatives
Work closely with Kitchen, Stores and Cost Control teams while maintaining clear role responsibilities
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum
5 years’ experience
in a similar F&B leadership role within a
5-star hotel or fine dining environment
BSc Degree
in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts
Strong computer literacy with extensive Food & Beverage knowledge
Fluency in English
is essential; knowledge of Greek and additional languages will be considered an advantage
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Team-oriented, inspiring and motivational leadership style
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service
