is looking to recruit a
Guest Services Officer
for the
Anassa Hotel.
Duties & Responsibilities
Meet and greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
Ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
Actively listen to guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Monitor guest feedback and ratings to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Receptionist at a 5* Hotel
Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
Computer Literate
Problem-solving ability, to resolve issues as they arise
Excellent interpersonal skills in handling guest complaints
