Thanos Hotels & Resorts is looking to recruit a Guest Services Officer for the Anassa Hotel. 

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes. 
  • Ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times.
  • Actively listen to guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide accurate information and recommendations to guests.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest feedback and ratings to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist at a 5* Hotel
  • Excellent knowledge of English.  Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
  • Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
  • Computer Literate
  • Problem-solving ability, to resolve issues as they arise
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in handling guest complaints
