Thanos Hotels & Resorts is currently seeking to recruit a Laundry Attendant.

Responsibilities

Receives, sorts and double checks conditions of all linen and uniforms, records all outgoing and incoming from the laundry thoroughly before storing and issuing.
Issues linen and uniforms, which are both to be exchanged on a clean-for-soiled basis.
Receives, sorts, counts and records number of soiled/dirty linen
Maintains cleanliness of all equipment
Delivers clean linen to Room Attendants
Separates linen or uniforms that need repair and / or special treatment and forward it to the tailor for repair.
Sends and receives daily linen deliveries and checks
To operate washing/dryers as per the instructions
To operate dry cleaning machines as per instructions

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
To be quality driven and critical of all aspects in order to guarantee the highest level of productivity within the organization
