Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Runner for the Anassa Hotel.

Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure that standards of service in your designated outlet are always met as determined by the Food and Beverage Standards and the Policies and Regulations of Thanos Hotels
Assist in the day-to-day operation of your outlet to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations
Follow the correct and consistent service techniques according to the F&B standards
Inform your supervisor immediately regarding any guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations
Follow the Grooming Policy, maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and ensure that this is followed and adhered to by all Staff assigned to you in the designated outlet
Ensure that duties are carried in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law
Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager

Requirements

1-2 years of previous experience in a similar position at a 5* Hotel would be considered as an advantage
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek
Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure
