Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a
Spa Receptionist for the
Anassa Hotel.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Suggests and promotes retail products or additional services
- Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments
- Ensures that the payment process is handled in accordance with company policy
- Handles Complaints with immediate action and through proper follow up
- Assists guests with questions regarding spa services and products
- Performs any other relevant duties assigned by the Spa Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar position at a 5* Hotel
- Degree in Hospitality Management or hospitality related qualification, will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills in handling guest complaints
