Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Staff Residence & Facilities Officer for Tavros Complex, Neo Chorio.

Job Role
Thanos Hotels has acquired the Tavros apartment complex in Neo Chorio, which accommodates staff of Anassa Hotel.
We are looking for a Staff Residence & Facilities Officer to be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and overall condition of this staff accommodation complex.

Duties & Responsibilities

Accommodation Operations
  • Oversee the general day-to-day operation of the Tavros staff accommodation complex.
  • Carry out staff check-ins and check-outs according to Company procedures.
  • Maintain basic records regarding occupancy, room condition, keys and reported issues.
  • Act as the Company's and employees’ main on-site contact for the staff residences.

Maintenance & Grounds
  • Carry out basic maintenance and minor repair works within the complex.
  • Identify maintenance issues and arrange or report work requiring specialized technicians.
  • Monitor the general condition of furniture, equipment and accommodation facilities.
  • Perform general gardening duties, including watering, trimming and maintaining plants and landscaped areas.
  • Ensure outdoor and common areas are kept clean, organized and in good condition.

Inspections & Reporting
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, apartments, common areas and external facilities, safety equipment, including inspections requested by HR.
  • Report damages, cleanliness concerns, safety hazards or inappropriate use of Company property to HR.

Coordination & Supplies
  • Coordinate with HR, Maintenance, Housekeeping and external contractors when required.
  • Maintain appropriate stock of basic maintenance materials, tools, keys and accommodation-related supplies based on approved budget.
  • Respond promptly to urgent accommodation or facilities issues.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in property maintenance, facilities, accommodation management, hospitality or a similar position would be considered an advantage.
  • Good practical knowledge of basic maintenance and repair work.
  • Gardening experience or ability to carry out basic garden maintenance.
  • Responsible, trustworthy and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle accommodation matters professionally and confidentially.
  • Good knowledge of English; knowledge of Greek would be considered an advantage.
  • Valid driving license.
