Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit an
Evening Maid for the
Annabelle Hotel. Job Role The Evening Maid is responsible for providing exceptional turndown service and maintaining guest room cleanliness during evening hours.
Duties & Responsibilities- Perform evening turndown service in accordance with the hotel standards
- Prepare guest rooms for night use (bed turndown, lighting adjustment, curtain closure)
- Replace used towels, refresh amenities, and replenish guest supplies
- Empty trash bins and maintain overall room cleanliness
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items promptly
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests during evening hours
- Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and security procedures at all times
- Follow the Grooming Policy and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
- Ensure that you carry out your duties in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law
- Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper
Requirements- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Maid at a 5* Hotel
- Knowledge of turndown service standards will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure
