Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Gardener Supervisor for the Annabelle Hotel.

Job Role

The Gardener Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all landscaping and garden maintenance activities within the hotel premises. The role ensures that all outdoor areas reflect the luxury standards of a 5-star hotel, are well maintained at all times, and contribute positively to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the Gardeners
Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and landscaped areas
Ensure proper planting, pruning, fertilizing, irrigation, and pest control practices
Maintain immaculate appearance of all outdoor areas
Schedule and carry out seasonal planting and landscaping programs
Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and chemicals
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

Diploma or Certification in Agronomy, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role
Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure
Promotes cooperation & commitment within a team
