Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Kitchen Cleaner for the Annabelle Hotel.
Job Role
Ensure that the kitchen is clean and operational at all times according to the standard operating procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure the food preparation areas are clean and sanitized
- Washes utensils and dishes and ensures they are stored appropriately
- Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients
- Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare salads and desserts
- Follow the Grooming Policy and maintain a high standard of personal hygiene
- Ensure that a safe and hygienic work environment for all restaurant employees and guests is maintained at all times and report any concerns or faults immediately
- Ensure that you carry out your duties in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position at a 5* Hotel would be preferred
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
