Thanos Hotels & Resorts is looking to recruit a Staff Cook for the Annabelle Hotel.

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations, including prep work and stock control.
Ensure all food is cooked in accordance with health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Work with the kitchen team to manage food storage and minimize waste.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service during peak times.
Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork skills.
Excellent understanding of food safety practices.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
