Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Waiter/Waitress for the Annabelle Hotel.  

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure that standards of service in your designated outlet are met at all times as determined by the Food and Beverage Standards.
  • Assist in the day to day operation of your outlet in order to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations
  • To assist in the day to day operation of your outlet in order to exceed guest satisfaction and expectations
  • Follow the correct and consistent service techniques according to the F&B standards
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Comply with all Health and Safety rules and regulations
  • Follow the Grooming Policy, maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and ensure that this is followed and adhered by all Staff assigned to you in the designated outlet
  • Ensure that duties are carried in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Hotels’ rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law
  • Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager
 
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of English.  Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
  • Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
  • Computer Literate
  • To be quality driven and critical of all aspects of the food and beverage operation in order to guarantee the highest level of creativity and productivity within the organization 
  • Inspiring and motivating others while being caring and understanding
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in handling staff relations and/or guest complaints
