Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Host/Hostess Administrator for the Antasia Beach Club

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude
  • Manage reservations, bookings, and guest flow efficiently
  • Escort guests to tables and present menus
  • Coordinate table assignments
  • Handle phone inquiries, confirm bookings , respond to social media messages and manage event requests
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences
  • Collaborate closely with service staff, management, and events team
  • Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and communication
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service and resolving guest complaints
  • Manage all event-related payments
  • Update staff schedules, manage entries in Theova system, and assist with payroll preparation
  • Making Vouchers
  • Coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to update menus, pricing, and other operational details

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of prior experience as a Host/Hostess
  • Excellent knowledge of English.  Knowledge of Greek or any other language will be considered as an advantage
  • Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and cope under pressure
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools
  • To be quality driven and critical of all aspects of the food and beverage operation in order to guarantee the highest level of creativity and productivity within the organization
  • The ability to cope under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in handling guest complaints
