Role Overview
The Media Coordinator will support the Group’s luxury hotel portfolio in the day-to-day execution of social media and digital content activities.

This is an execution-focused role responsible for managing social channels, coordinating content production, supporting influencer collaborations, and monitoring performance metrics. 

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
  • Manage official social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok where applicable).
  • Develop and maintain content calendars for each property.
  • Create engaging captions aligned with the luxury brand tone of voice.
  • Handle community management (comments, direct messages, guest engagement).
  • Monitor trends and recommend content optimizations to increase engagement and visibility.

Content Coordination
  • Coordinate photoshoots and video productions with external partners.
  • Collect and curate content from hotel teams (F&B, events, guest experiences, seasonal activations).
  • Perform basic editing and formatting for social-first content (Canva / Adobe).
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and visual identity standards.

Performance Monitoring
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, conversions).
  • Prepare structured monthly performance reports.
  • Liaise with paid media agencies to support campaign coordination (no direct paid execution required).

Influencer & Media Support
  • Assist in managing influencer collaborations and hosted stays.
  • Track deliverables and ensure compliance with agreed content outputs.
  • Support coordination of media visits and partnerships.

Internal Collaboration
  • Coordinate with General Managers and property teams to source timely content.
  • Align with Corporate Affairs & Communication to ensure PR and messaging consistency.

Candidate Profile
  • 2–4 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, luxury brands, or multi-property environments is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content formats and engagement mechanics.
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and basic analytics reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a refined understanding of luxury aesthetics.
