Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to Director. 

Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director. Organize and manage efficiently the routine work activities and provide clerical support.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide full professional, secretarial and administrative support 
  • Perform record keeping and clerical functions (e.g. scheduling, copying, faxing, filing, collating etc.)
  • Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate 
  • Assist with the organization and implementation of different events when required
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director
  • Organise meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
  • Process Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate
  • Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing
  • Maintain records of Director’s contacts 
  • Manage Director’s travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation where necessary)
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
  • Ensure that duties are carried out in an honest and ethical way by abiding the Company’s rules and regulations and the Cyprus Law.
  • Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the Director


Requirements
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a PA at Senior Management level either in administration or PR/Marketing
  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Skills in database management and record keeping
  • Proficiency in the use of computer applications i.e.: Word processing;MS Word, Power Point; Spreadsheets – MS Excel ; E-mail - MS Outlook 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work with initiative, autonomously and as part of a team
  • Tactful and discrete when dealing with people
  • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast pace environment
  • A flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise
  • Pleasant, honest and friendly personality
