About Thanos Hotels Group
Thanos Hotels Group manages a portfolio of hotel properties and is now entering a phase of dynamic growth, expanding into the management of properties owned by third parties. This role is central to building the coordination infrastructure that will support that growth.

About the Role
The Project Manager is the central point of coordination for the Group's new hotel management agreements and renovation projects, ensuring that, once an agreement has been signed, it is implemented correctly, efficiently, and on time. This role does not negotiate or sign management agreements,  but takes ownership of coordinating and confirming the correct and timely execution of everything that follows.
This is a hands-on coordination role, responsible for each signed agreement from the start of implementation through to full operational integration, as well as for coordinating actions whenever an existing Group hotel undergoes renovation.
Critical success factor: This role requires strong organizational ability, comfort engaging with multiple stakeholders across the Group, and confidence using technology to track progress on every project.

Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Coordination of Signed Agreements
  • Once a management agreement has been signed, coordinate its implementation through full operational integration
  • Develop a detailed implementation plan for each signed agreement, with clear ownership, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Define the steps and Group departments that need to be involved at each stage of implementation
  • Confirm that all actions arising from the agreement are carried out correctly and within the agreed timelines
  • Build standardised processes (checklists, templates, SOPs) to support the smooth implementation of future agreements

Project Tracking & Follow-up
  • Maintain systematic follow-up with all involved Group departments (Operations, Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, Technical, IT, etc.)
  • Track progress using project management tools
  • Identify delays or risks in execution and propose corrective actions

Renovation Coordination for Existing Properties
  • Coordinate actions whenever an existing Group hotel undergoes renovation
  • Work closely with technical teams, contractors, and Operations to keep renovation timelines on track
  • Monitor renovation budgets and progress in collaboration with the relevant departments

Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain records of progress and decisions for each project/agreement
  • Prepare periodic reports for Group Management
