Thanos Hotels & Resorts is seeking to recruit a Reservations Agent. 
 
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage all incoming calls for reservation department via Call Centre and ensure all queries are handled promptly and efficiently
  • Analyze all guest and travel agent requests received via telephone, email and chat service and recommend suitable options for all customers and assist to confirm all reservations.
  • Assist to make all room reservations and ensure maximize room revenue for all and ensure all reservation detail updates within required operating procedures
  • Rooms allocation
  • Reservation processing
  • Kids Club system handling
  • Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
  • Measure performance with key metrics such as call abandonment, calls waiting etc.
 
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar position in a 5* Hotel
  • Experience in customer service is essential with a problem-solving mindset
  • Proficient in English; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs. Working knowledge of MS Office. Theova PMS will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to work under pressure
