Thanos Hotels & Resorts, as part of its expansion, is looking to hire a Sales Executive.

Job Overview
The Sales Executive provides administrative and operational support to the Sales team, ensuring the efficient coordination of sales activities and seamless communication between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team
  • Handle client inquiries, prepare proposals, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate group bookings, corporate accounts, and event details with relevant departments
  • Maintain and update client databases, records, and sales files
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations
  • Liaise with Revenue Management, Reservations, and Operations to ensure accurate information and smooth execution
  • Organize site inspections, client visits, and sales appointments

Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in hospitality is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel systems (PMS/CRM)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
