Title: F&B Department Internship for Thanos Hotels & Resorts, Cyprus

What is the internship?
This internship is designed for students who have a passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in providing excellent service in a food and beverage setting.
As an F&B Intern, you will assist the restaurant and F&B team in delivering high-quality service to guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience. You will gain hands-on experience in guest interaction, order management, and the overall operations of a professional dining environment.
You will work under the guidance and supervision of your mentor and the restaurant team.

Your daily tasks
  • Warmly greet guests and guide them to their seats in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Support the service team by delivering food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented dining area at all times.
  • Assist in setting up, arranging, and clearing tables according to restaurant and hotel standards.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Adhere to all hygiene, health, safety regulations, and hotel policies.
  • Help with basic inventory tasks, including restocking supplies and ensuring items are readily available.
What we require from you
  • Currently studying at Hospitality Educational Institution and completing your placement as part of your institution’s course cuticulum
  • To be eligible to work in Cyprus (EU)
  • Fluent in spoken English
  • Be a collaborative team player, eager to learn

Schedule & Hours
  • 40 hours per week, based on a 5-day schedule (including weekends)
  • 1.75 days of annual leave accrued per month
