Title: F&B Department Internship for Thanos Hotels & Resorts, Cyprus

What is the internship?
This internship is designed for students who have a passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in learning the operations of a hotel’s Room Service.
As a Room Service Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of in-room dining and guest service delivery. You will assist the team in providing exceptional food and beverage experiences directly to guests’ rooms, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high service standards.
You will work under the guidance and supervision of your mentor.

Your Daily Tasks
  • Assist in taking and processing in-room dining orders via phone or digital platforms.
  • Support the preparation, setup, and delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms.
  • Ensure trays, trolleys, and presentation standards meet the hotel’s service guidelines.
  • Ensure all room amenities and supplies are replenished and looking their best.
  • Uphold the hotel’s standards of service, professionalism, and appearance at all times.
What we require from you
  • Currently studying at Hospitality Educational Institution and completing your placement as part of your institution’s course cuticulum
  • To be eligible to work in Cyprus (EU)
  • Fluent in spoken English
  • Be a collaborative team player, eager to learn

Schedule & Hours
  • 40 hours per week, based on a 5-day schedule (including weekends)
  • 1.75 days of annual leave accrued per month
