KULT Boutiques are looking to hire a Supply Chain Assistant with passion and drive for our boutiques in Agia Varvara, Paphos.

Located on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus, KULT is a string of boutiques which showcases both designer menswear and womenswear, while constantly striving to exceed expectations in the luxury retail environment. KULT began in 1998, with the aim of providing Thanos resorts and hotels’ guests an exclusive shopping experience, and then continued its journey into the cities with two standalone boutiques. Today’s four locations, KULT Almyra, KULT Anassa, KULT Limassol Tower One and KULT Nicosia are well established multi brand boutiques with international brands, showcased alongside emerging designers. This year KULT opened a new location, in the new luxury Casino complex, City of Dreams Mediterranean. Our recent expansion mirrors the need to constantly evolve and explore the new borders of cutting-edge fashion and trends. 
 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Entering purchase orders into the operating system

• Checking and following up on order confirmations

• Uploading products to the operating system

• Uploading and managing discounts

• Cross-checking system information with actual deliveries

• Uploading products to the online store

• Processing online orders

 
Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
