Position Overview We are seeking to recruit an
HR Manager for
Palm Beach Resort to lead the Human Resources function during the hotel’s pre-opening, opening, and post-opening phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Develop and implement HR policies in line with local labor laws and company standards
Support department heads in performance management, coaching, and disciplinary matters
Drive training and development programs to uphold 5-star service excellence
Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment regulations
Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management
Support organizational development and succession planning
- Promote company culture, values, and service standards
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required by management to support the effective functioning of the HR Department
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage
- Computer literate
Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
