Position OverviewOperating Officer will support the leadership team and ensure smooth, efficient day-to-day operations across the organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive operations professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering excellence in both internal processes and client experience.
The Operating Officer will play a key role in coordinating departments, improving internal workflows, monitoring operational performance, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures, standards, and workflows.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, inefficiencies, and risks.
- Support the rollout of new systems, tools, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, and Administrative teams on operational priorities.
- Track and report on key operational KPIs, including productivity and service quality.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management.
- Maintain updated SOPs, process documentation, and internal guidelines.
- Support onboarding and training for operation-related procedures.
- Contribute to a consistently high-quality service experience for clients.
- Carry out any additional tasks or projects assigned directly by the CEO, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience with operational tools, project management systems, and reporting platforms.
