Palm Beach Resort marks the transformation of a historic Cypriot landmark into a premier destination for contemporary luxury. Located on the pristine beachfront of Larnaca, the resort is being developed into a five-star hospitality experience that reflects a refined blend of timeless elegance and modern design. The property will comprise 159 upscale guestrooms, 21 private bungalows, and a residential tower with 30 luxury apartments. Guests and residents will enjoy a curated selection of 2 signature dining venues, premium leisure and entertainment areas, conference/banquet facilities, a dedicated children’s play zone, gym and a state-of-the-art wellness spa center, designed to promote holistic well-being and a communal working environment. In addition to the hotel component the project includes residential units that will be managed by the hotel.

Position Overview

We are seeking to recruit a Procurement Officer for the Palm Beach Resort to manage sourcing, contracts & budgets for a landmark 2026 luxury development. The successful candidate will initially manage the pre-opening procurement.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Organize, document, and control all procurement activities of materials.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare bills of quantities for construction elements.
  • Prepare and present budget-related procurement reports.
  • Monitor supply chain and logistics lead times for all purchased materials.
  • Propose alternative sourcing solutions based on expertise.
  • Draft and manage supplier purchase contracts.
  • Lead price negotiations, establish cost benchmarks, and oversee contract agreements.
  • Design and administer tender documents and processes.
  • Evaluate supplier proposals and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Set and implement efficient sourcing strategies.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar procurement role, ideally within construction or hospitality.
  • University degree in Procurement, Business Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
